Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Erisha Foundation Trust, cancellations and refunds apply only to services and are managed offline through direct communication with our team. We aim to provide clarity and fairness in handling cancellations while ensuring the continuity of our services.

• Parent-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance at +91 8943313335 via call or WhatsApp.

  • A full session fee will apply for cancellations without prior notice (exceptions: illness or emergencies).
    

• Clinician-Initiated Cancellation:

  • If the clinician must cancel, you will be notified in advance (exceptions: illness or emergencies), and efforts will be made to reschedule the session.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations if initiated within 24 hours of the service date.

• Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed within 2-3 days after receiving the cancellation request.

• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable; this will be specified at the time of booking.
