School Training Outreach Program

Teachers

This training focuses on fostering an attachment-based approach in the classroom, where educators learn how to create emotionally safe spaces, build trusting relationships with students, and support their socio-emotional development.

Teachers will gain practical tools for implementing attachment-focused strategies that promote resilience, emotional regulation, and student engagement.

Outreach Program Overview

Specialized training for teacher aides and special educators emphasizes the importance of tailored support for students with diverse learning needs.

The focus is on enhancing communication, understanding sensory processing, and creating individualized strategies for both academic and emotional support.

Teacher Aides & Special Educators
Support Staff

This training equips school support staff (e.g., counsellors, administrators, and aides) with the knowledge and skills to identify and address emotional and behavioural challenges in students.

The session covers the basics of attachment theory, trauma-informed practices, and strategies to create a supportive school culture.

This workshop combines attachment theory with inclusivity-focused strategies to create classrooms where all students, including those with neurodiverse needs, feel safe, valued, and supported.

Educators and school leaders will learn how to build emotionally nurturing environments, address challenging behaviours, and implement inclusive teaching methods that benefit every child.

School-Wide Inclusivity

Erisha’s School Outreach Program equips teachers, aides, and support staff with specialized training to create emotionally safe, inclusive classrooms. Through various attachment-based approaches, individualized support, and behavioural strategies, we empower schools to foster stronger student-teacher relationships and support neurodiverse learners.

Together, we’re building a future where every child feels valued and understood.
